We decided not to relocate at that time. In 2024, I called Melissa Spencer; she answered, immediately remembered my name, and the weekend in 2021 when she and Doyle Spencer showed us properties. I was shocked that she remembered me and what we were looking for in a property. I told her we wanted to revisit relocating and what our budget was. Melissa was on it right away. In all that experience, we have never seen a team perform as well as Melissa and Doyle Spencer of Re/Max Integrity — The Spencer Team.In a period of just over a year, they have helped us with three major transactions. In each, we have felt that we were being guided by professional consultants, not real estate agents. "Melissa was truly awesome. We were skeptical with dealing with real estate agents because we didn't want to feel pressured into purchasing a home, but Melissa was perfect in this regard. We initially got pretty far along with one house before realizing it wasn't for us, and upon backing out, Melissa was supportive and listened to our needs instead of being pushy.
